1. General Policy

At The Sasilo, we follow a No Return, No Refund, and No Cancellation policy on all orders.

Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

However, we offer a one-time exchange on eligible products, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

2. Exchange Eligibility

We offer a one-time exchange on eligible clothing items only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of the delivery.
• The requested size must be available in stock.
• Reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
• Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

Please note that submitting an exchange request does not guarantee approval. Every request will be reviewed by our Quality Check team before approval.

3. Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved:

• Reverse pickup will be arranged (subject to serviceable PIN codes).
• If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer will be required to self-ship the product to the return address provided by our support team.

Before handing over the parcel:

• Ensure all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories (if applicable) are included.
• Pack the product securely to avoid transit damage.
• We recommend recording a short video while handing over the parcel as proof of the product's condition.

After the returned product reaches our warehouse:

• Delivery to our warehouse may take 5–7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Our Quality Check team will inspect the product within 24–48 hours after receiving it.
• If the product passes inspection, the exchange process will be initiated.

If the product is found to be:

• Used or worn
• Washed
• Damaged
• Stained
• Carrying perfume or deodorant odor
• Missing tags or original packaging
• Tampered with in any manner

the exchange request will be rejected, and the product will be shipped back to the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply.

4. Reverse Pickup Charges

Reverse pickup charges may be applicable for exchange requests.

These charges must be paid by the customer before the exchange process begins, as communicated by our support team.

5. Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Products

The following product categories are not eligible for exchange or refund:

• Final Sale products
• Clearance Sale items
• Customized or Made-to-Order products

6. Important Information

The Sasilo reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not comply with the conditions mentioned in this policy.

The final decision regarding the approval or rejection of an exchange request will be made by our Quality Check team after inspecting the returned product.

Their decision shall be final and binding.
