4. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If the payment was made using Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
5. Exchange Policy
If you received the wrong size or a defective product, you may request an exchange instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
