At The Sasilo, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange policy.
Return Policy
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused and unwashed
• The product must be in its original packaging
• All tags must be attached
• The item must be in the same condition as received
Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return.
Exchange Policy
We offer size exchange or product exchange if the requested item is available.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
If the requested size or product is not available, a refund may be processed according to our refund policy.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Used or worn products
• Products without original tags
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Products purchased during clearance or final sale
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Return Process
To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team with the following details:
• Order number
• Product name
• Reason for return or exchange
• Photos (if product is damaged)
Our support team will guide you through the return process.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
